The US Army logo features heroism and honors. The logo represents protection and support for the country during difficult times. The forces’ success is feasible due to a solid basis and a clear charter under which the military operates.
The United States Army is one of the United States’ eight armed forces. It is the oldest and most important military branch, originating with the Continental Army, which was formed in 1775 to fight the American Revolutionary War before the United States constituted a unified entity. Following the end of the Revolutionary War, the present United States Army established the Congress of the Confederation to replace the defunct Continental Army. As a result, it became an institutional and historical continuance. It is based at the Virginia State Pentagon.

2001-2023
The new symbol debuted in 2001 and was immediately adopted. It was ordered through the professional advertising firm Leo Burnett Worldwide. The logo is made up of two distinct geometric shapes. A white star with black and yellow outlining sits in the center of the black triangle. It features rounded sides and a yellow edging with a black duplicating strip that runs around the entire perimeter. In the horizontal area below, the words “USARMY” are visible. All letters are uppercase, white, and chopped. “U,” “S,” and “R” have clipped corners, making them appear geometric. The text shares the same backdrop and border as the star.
2023-Present
To update the US Army’s image, the international branding company Siegel+Gale collaborated with the marketing communications network DDB. The modern youth are the target audience for the sleek and sophisticated design, which aims to encourage the current generation to enlist in the army and defend their nation. Using a five-pointed star, the new emblem reads “U.S. Army.” Although a huge gold contour surrounds the star, its interior remains vacant. Straight, bold, and sans-serif, the brand name is written in a stern military-style font. The “U” and “S,” which in this instance seem barbaric, are followed by enormous square dots. Gunpowder-related motifs served as the inspiration for each logo color.
