▶History of the Knight Frank Logo 🌞
1896-Present

Like many other corporate logotypes, the Knight Frank logo consists of two elements: an iconic sign and the wordmark. The large overall flower shape is a composite of a series of small shapes. In the middle, is a right-angled white square And on either side of the square, there is a “house” made up of a rectangle and a triangle.
What does the logo speak of the image of the company and how is it tied to the industry? For one, it reads like a floor plan (you know how you can view the schematics of a building). Cannot fail to mention the red parts, red things that appear like petals but in the real shape of the house and thus enhance this particular thematic agenda as well. Therefore the use of right angles on their logo gives a sense that the brand is strong and firm with elements of pragmatism.
